Sensor Setup Animations
As part of Xfinity’s home security feature, we needed to educate users on how to properly install their smart devices, as well as how these devices intergrate with their alarm system. Through research, we found users to have confusion around their various alarm states and wanted to help ease this anxiety and reduce false alarms.
Thermostat Get Started Guide
Users receiving their new thermostats from Xfinity were met with simple, easy-to-follow installation instructions. I designed and illustrated this physical collateral to guide them through removing their old thermostat and installing their new one, complete with labeled tabs.
Smart Device Controls
Users are able to control their smart devices with the Xfinity App. These devices require controls, various states (is it on? is it connected?) and entity pages to control and customize their preferences.
